Higher education is inseparable from the development of science, technology and art (science and technology) as well as the demands of society in tune with the increasing quality of life. To anticipate and harmonize it, the parties involved in compiling and implementing program activities always refer to the National Education Law, which mandates that higher education must be directed at creating human resources who have academic, professional and leadership abilities, and are responsive to science and technology needs. . Thus the coaching program leads to achieving optimal results from the Tridarma of Higher Education which includes Education, Research and Community Service, especially those that are beneficial to humanity and in harmony with development needs. Apart from that, efforts are also made to improve the quality of education and teaching in the higher education environment.

Based on the above, the Institute for Research and Community Service - PASIM National University was formed in addition to the university's internal needs to organize Community Service Lectures (KKN) for students as a form of community service.
